I can not believe how I was treated at the Tracyton Post Office this morning. I can not believe the Federal Government hires gangstas, thugs to deal with their paying customers. I will just describe the clerk as a person. I could not tell whether it was a man or a women by todays standards. I am sure it was/ is/ or maybe a her because of the female style hair bun the clerk had on the top of the clerks head. The clerk weighed like 300 lbs. This is only so people know who I am speaking of. There are not that many 300 lb. men in Bremerton with a female style buns on top of their heads that works at the Tracyton office. None of this matters except for I.D. purposes. I was shocked I use this Office for my mail needs. This person served me before, no issues, he knew me as a regular customer. I did until today anyway. I would never set foot in there again. I am 60 yrs. old and got up this morning and just threw a pair of shorts on. I went there to mail a package 1st thing at 8.30. This clerk took my package. He entered all my package info and whatever he does. Then he told me my package would arrive in Virginia on Thursday August 12th, 2021. He told me it would cost $8.45. I pulled a $20 bill from my wallet to pay. Then he said he can not take my legal tender. I asked why? He told me he had no change for my $20. I asked why, what is going on? That is when he lost it on me. He said, " What the fuck do you want me to do"! I told him I drove all the way here to mail my package. I want you to mail my package and let me pay for it. He then told me, " Get the fuck out of here. Go somewhere else"! While he/she threw my package at me. I am 60 years old. This was a young man/ women about 30 years old max.. As I said he weighed like 300 lbs. For me this was intimidating to say the least. I am not used to being talked to like that by anyone. Never mind someone I am trying to pay cash money to. I am afraid because this person has my private information now after he processed my package. Someone that acts like that in such a good job has serious issues. His borderline violent/ but seriously aggressive behaviors towards me shows serious instability in this person. When I got home I told my girlfriend what happened. Described the clerk. Then she told me he was never the nicest guy to her either. This was beyond not being a nice guy though. There is no explaining a business that is open for business not being able to take legal tender, a $20 bill. Not even a $100 which I could understand. There was no sign stating that either. The clerk actually processed my transaction. Then refused to let me pay. Is this the Federal Government forcing us into a cashless society? IDK. Just threw me for loop 1st thing in the morning. If anyone had similar experiences with this individual please call Amy @ (253) 214- 1800. She is a customer service rep in the District Office in Federal Way. I came home and filed a complaint about this individual with Amy. So please if you had a similar bad experience with this person. Please call her. This person is dangerous behaving like this. He should not be dealing with the public treating customers like that. Thank you all and have a great day.
